Depending on the scope of the project this can range from 2-3 weeks for a branding project or longer for a large website project. We can discuss your personal deadlines and we will do our best to work towards timelines.
Before we get started we will assign you some design homework this will include completing a brand questionnaire, a Pinterest inspiration board and compiling your website content which includes text, photography and links for each page. This will be essential for booking and starting the project with us.
Every business is different and that will include the assets your require to make your business shine! We can customise any package can include whatever you would like and will always try to accommodate budget and timings where possible.
We design and build all our websites using WordPress. WordPress is the #1 website builder and is the perfect content management system for building beautiful business websites to larger e-commerce solutions
A brand is much more that just a logo. It visually encompasses everything your brand is about — down to your business assets. When we take on a branding project we will create a brand guide on how to use your logo, fonts, colour and images consistently across your marketing.
To secure your place on our schedule, a 50% deposit is required. Once this has been received, we will send you the relevant documentation to be signed to start our collaboration.
Once we have completed all the deliverables of your project, the final 50% is due prior to releasing any files, or switching your website live.
Any other projects below $200 required to be paid upfront.

We are here to help with the entire journey, from a new brand to new website. We provide 30 days of technical support and can arrange a tutorial session on how to manage your new website. You can always reach out for other design assets from graphic, to social branding and email marketing.
